The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to Provide Insect / Disease Control Services for cemetery trees & shrubs and Turf Fertilization & Pre-E -- S208 TREE, TURF, SHRUB CONTRACT FOR INDIANTOWN GAP EXPIRING. Submission of FY23 APR in IFAMS with Updated SOW& IGCE attached. Contract request is for BASE + 4 Option Years. Subject to the Availability of FY23 Funds. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to Provide Insect / Disease Control Services for cemetery trees & shrubs and Turf Fertilization & Pre-Emergent Crabgrass/ Broadleaf Weed Control Services at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Performance includes seven (7) scheduled spray applications of dormant - horticultural oils and pesticides / fungicides and an estimated (8) scheduled applications of fertilizer and herbicides.
