The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking 11,987 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) / 13,786 ABOA / 18,610 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and medical space in Hagerstown, Maryland. VA will consider existing space that can be built out or renovated to meet all VA requirements, as well as new construction that will be designed and built to meet VA requirements. Offerors are instructed to reference all attachments associated with this solicitation for complete requirements, instructions, and submission details. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Rachael Hallock at Rachael.Hallock@va.gov no later than Monday, April 6 at 10:00 AM EST.
