Vendors providing quotes shall comply with the detailed instructions in the combined synopsis solicitation dated 11.19.2025 to fill out VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, attached to this Amendment 002, and return it with their quote. Offerors that fail to provide the fill-in requirements will be deemed ineligible for evaluation and award. 2. The line items for the combined synopsis solicitation have been clarified, including but not limited to line items 14, and 16, and the combined synopsis solicitation is attached. 3.
