Please note the Government intends to issue the solicitation for Wheelchair Van Transportation Services at Washington DC VA Medical Center when it is available. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Please monitor Contracting Opportunities for issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. This requirement is a 100% percent set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSBs listed and viewable in the Small Business Administration (SBA) database located at https://search.certifications.sba.gov. The SBA database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award. The awarded contractor must also submit evidence of enrollment with VETS4212 in order to receive award. The resultant contract will be a five-year, Firm Fixed Price, Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation
