09/22/2025: Amendment 0004 serves to reopen solicitation SPE602-25-R-0709, necessitated by a discrepancy between the offer due date originally posted on Sam.gov and the date stated in the Amendment 0003 text. Consequently, the solicitation period has been reopened and shall now close on September 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Fort Belvoir local time. DLA Energy has issued Amendment 0003 to extend the solicitation closing date. The changes set forth herein are incorporated into Solicitation SPE602-25-R-0709.
