NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.303-2. The Department of Homeland Security intends to award a sole source contract to North American Rescue Training, LLC. to provide Tactical Medical EMT Training Services. The anticipated period of performance is September 10, 2020 to August 20, 2021, with two option years. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be publicized at a later date.
