Description

This is a combined Solicitation & Synopsos for the 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyessd AFB TX. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement, but reserves the right to calcel this solicitation before or after the solicitation closing date. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. PROJECT OVERVIEW: The work covered by this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all project management, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals required to perform all operations in connection with the 7th Munitions Squadron (MUNS) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) replacement. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of the legacy Monaco IDS; the complete provision and installation of a new Honeywell Vindicator IDS including all hardware, software, and licensing; installation of all necessary fiber optic cabling and conduit; comprehensive system testing; and the delivery of operator and administrator training. All work will be performed at Dyess AFB, Texas, complete and in strict accordance with this Statement of Work and all associated specifications and regulatory guidance. Quote Submission information is outlined in the Attached Section L & M Document. Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation, and attachments in their entirety. Site Visit: An optional site visit will be scheduled on 13 April 2026 for all interested vendors. An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Amendment 1: Site Visit #2: An additional, optional site visit will be scheduled on 17 April 2026 for all interested vendors.
