Description

Request For Information (RFI) Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Accessories 05 June 2026 This RFI is being issued by the Department of War, Washington Headquarters Services (DoW/WHS)/Acquisition Directorate. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research, seek and identify qualified, experienced, and interested contractors capable of providing the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work entitled �Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Accessories� dated 05 June 2026. Small businesses that are certified and qualified under NAICS Code 334511: Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing are encouraged to respond, however, any contractor who is qualified, experienced, and capable of providing the specified requirements/services are encouraged to respond to this RFI. This RFI is for Informational and Planning purposes only. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). This RFI is for market research purposes only to assist in determining capable contractors who can perform the requirement prior to finalizing the Acquisition Strategy. Responses to this RFI are not offers/proposals/quotes and cannot and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not pay for any information received from any sources responding to this RFI. Choosing not to respond to this RFI will in no way prohibit future participation by any company if a solicitation is issued in the future. There has been no finalized acquisition plan as of yet. Interested sources are encouraged to respond to this RFI by submitting your company�s capabilities statement along with a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM). In your responses, please include the following information: Company Information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Cage Code, Point of Contact (Name and email), Unique Entity ID (UEI), etc. 2. Detailed information that describes your company�s ability to satisfy the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement. Capabilities statements shall not reiterate or duplicate the language set forth in the Statement of Work. Your capabilities statement shall demonstrate your company�s ability to perform the requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement. 3. Comments/suggestions/recommendations on improving the requirements in the Statement of Work. 4. Company size and category (small business, woman owned business, etc.). All responses/capabilities statements should be submitted electronically to Jacob Lindel (jacob.r.lindel.civ@mail.mil) and Jonathan Diggs (jonathan.w.diggs.cov@mail.mil) no later than 5:00 P.M. EST on 12 June 2026. DoW/WHS will not acknowledge receipt of responses to this RFI. Please make sure that all responses/capabilities statements (including a Rough Order of Magnitude) are submitted as an attachment. The response to this notice is limited to five (5) single sided pages including all attachments, charts, etc. (single spaced, 11 point font minimum excluding charts and graphics) and should also include any applicable Federal Supply Schedules.
