PANMCC-26-P-0000 036706 4/10 C CO Austere Care and EMT Training Sources Sought This Sources Sought notice is issued to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering Austere Medical Care certification and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training to 12 students. The intent is to assess industry capability and interest in providing training that meets operational requirements for Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. This notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government. The training must incorporate tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) and prolonged field care (PFC) to ensure personnel are prepared to operate effectively in resource-limited, high-threat environments. Vendors should demonstrate expertise in providing instruction that meets recognized standards of emergency medical practice while integrating the unique requirements of military and austere operational settings. Period of Performance: 12 JAN 2026 to 6 MAR 2026 Total Small business Set-Aside The training must include instruction and evaluation aligned with the following objectives: SOFAMT Scope of Practice and Critical Skills Training shall cover the Special Operations Forces Austere Medical Technician (SOFAMT) scope of practice and critical skills as outlined in the 1st Special Forces Command (1SFC) SOFAMT policy. Certification Preparation Instruction must prepare participants to successfully pass and obtain certification through either the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians � Basic (NREMT-B). Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Comprehensive training in TCCC principles and application to ensure readiness in combat and austere environments. Prolonged Field Care (PFC) Instruction in PFC techniques to enable sustained medical support in resource-limited and extended operational scenarios. Training must be conducted on Fort Carson, Colorado, or within a 25-mile radius of the installation. Classrooms located on Fort Carson will be provided to accommodate up to 12 students per session. A designated training area will be available to support hands-on practical instruction and testing in realistic field environments. Interested vendors should demonstrate: Experience providing EMT and austere medical training in military or operational settings. Instructors with appropriate certifications and operational background. Ability to tailor curriculum to meet SOF-specific requirements.
