No limit on the number of participants for each session which will be recorded and transcribed. In order to fulfill DHA�s mission, the contractor will provide comprehensive dental care services worldwide to eligible ADSMs under the ADDP4 contract. The ADDP4 contract will provide worldwide dental coverage to ADSMs of the Uniformed Services of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Space Force, the U. S. Coast Guard, Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service. DHA is in the acquisition planning phase for the ADDP4 follow-on contract. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided for industry feedback. The Government invites qualified vendors to submit feedback and questions on the following attached documents: 1. DRAFT PWS. Use the attached excel sheet to submit comments, questions, or recommendations on the PWS. Excel spreadsheet shall be emailed to both Primary and Secondary Contacts below. 2.
