Amenmdment 0002 is required to: Add a second round of questions. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via e-mail no later than April 20, 2026, at 2 PM EST. Add Attachments J.2 Pricing Matrix and J.3 Format for Questions to be answered by government Answer questions asked by the industry (answers can be located at the end of the RFP amendmendment file). Remove Clauses H.10 �Most Favored Customer Pricing� and I.10 �Self-Hosting Option� Update proposal instructions Proposal Submission Instructions: All potential offerors may submit a new proposal, revise an existing proposal, or withdraw a previously submitted proposal. Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of May 28, 2026. If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required.
