Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources to provide AMAG Physical Access Control System (PACS) upgrade and sustainment for Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Ohio. The contract will be a Base Year with One Four-Year Options. The Base Year POP will be from 9-29-2026 through 9-28-2027. The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561621. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a multi-year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or about May 29, 2026, as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on June 26, 2026, at 3 pm EST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
