Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Protection Agency's Water Assessment and Technical Emergency Response (WATER) Contract. Special Notice #1: This is a special notice, dated 10/30/2025, to provide notice that due to the complexity of the questions received under this RFP, EPA anticipates answers will be provided no later than Wednesday, 11/5/2025.
