Amendment 0002 Request for Information (RFI) Number: 1605DC-19-N-00006 The purposes of Amendment 0002 for Request for Information (RFI) Number 1605DC-19-N-00006 are to: 1. Notify the vendor community that individuals who did not register for the Industry Day event will not be permitted to attend. No exceptions will be made for individuals who did not pre-register. 2. Change the primary NAICS code for this requirement to 621111 - Offices of Physicians (except mental health specialists). All interested parties, regardless of NAICS code, are invited to respond to this RFI. 3. Open a second round for the submission of questions regarding this RFI. Questions shall be submitted in writing by e-mail ONLY to the Contracting Officer Ms. Myla Bundy at Bundy.Myla@dol.gov by 12:00pm ET Friday February 8, 2019. Responses to questions all questions regarding this RFI (from the initial deadline on January 18 and this deadline on February 8) will be posted via amendment to this announcement on or around February 20, 2019. 4. EXTEND the response date for capability statements. Capability statements are to be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer by 5:00 PM ET on February 25, 2019. Hardcopy responses will not be accepted. --------------------------------- Amendment 0001 Request for Information (RFI) Number: 1605DC-19-N-00005 INDUSTRY DAY - Medical Provider Network and Directed Medical Examination Services LOCATION: United States Department of Labor (DOL) Frances Perkins Building DATE: February 05, 2019 TIME: 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. The purpose of Amendment 0001 of Request for Information (RFI) Number 1605DC-19-N-00005 is to announce the United States Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Workers' Compensation (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees' Compensation (DFEC) Industry Day that will be hosted on February 05, 2019 to provide an overview of the Medical Provider Network and Directed Medical Examination Services requirement. Please advise the Contracting Officer, Ms. Myla Bundy at: bundy.myla@dol.gov, and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Roxanne Yorgason at: yorgason.roxanne.a@dol.gov of your plan to attend the Industry Day no later than January 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM EST. Attending the Industry Day is not mandatory and is open to the entire Vendor community. The Industry Day Event will take place from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the United States Department of Labor Frances Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room C-5320 (Conference Room 6), Washington, DC 20210. ONLY THREE (3) PERSONNEL PER COMPANY MAY ATTEND THE INDUSTRY DAY. Please ensure that you bring a form of official picture identification to present to Security to gain entry into the building. In-processing begins for all Vendors at the main entrance for the Department of Labor located at: 200 Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20210. Parking will not be provided for the Industry Day. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to your participation! --------------------------------- The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information that will assist the Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services (OPS) on behalf of the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees' Compensation (DFEC) with determining if industry has vendors capable of providing medical services to injured Federal workers with claims (claimants) under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) regulatory and statutory requirements. OPS will assess each vendor's response in order to determine their ability to provide the services required by the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide trained, professionally-certified and qualified staff to manage the services required and assess each vendor's ability to provide a national database network of qualified and sufficient medical providers.
