Amendment 0004 is issued to allow offerors to submit quotes via email to the Contract Specialist at Christopher.T.Wright@usace.army.mil. Quotes may be submitted via PIEE Solicitation Module or via email. Offerors shall submit choosing only ONE of the two methods listed. The date quotes are due remains unchanged. Quotes are due 1400 (2:00PM) Central Time on 10 April 2026. Offerors are reminded to ensure all submission items are included (see both Instructions to Offerors and Section M for more information).
