This amendment is being performed to provide a revised Statement of Work (See Attachment 1b; attachment 1 is no longer applicable to this project), provide answers to the questions from interested parties (See Attachment 2), and to extend the project due date until 29 March 2019 at 1200 EST. No further requests for information, clarifications or extensions will be considered.
