The purpose of this amendment is to change the minimum specifications at 2.2, 2.3, 3.2, and 3.3 to: 26", 8'11", 28" and 10'1" respectively. This solicitation is also extended for an additional week with a new close date of March 5, 2019, at 2:00 pm eastern time.
