PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT This amendment is issued to: - Provide a detailed tank inventory for both locations - Clarify inspection and testing frequency requirements - Respond to vendor questions received during the solicitation period 1. SOLICITATION CHANGES 1.1 Tank Inventory (Added for Pricing Purposes) Gainesville VAMC: - Lot 6 North 50,000 gallon (UST) Diesel - Lot 6 South 50,000 gallon (UST) Diesel - North Tank 30,000 gallon (UST) Diesel - South Tank 30,000 gallon (UST) Diesel - New Boiler Plant 40,000 gallon (UST) Diesel - CLC Tank 2,500 gallon (UST) Diesel - Bed Tower Tank 6,000 gallon (AST) Diesel Lake City VAMC: - Tank 12 10,000 gallon (UST) - Tank 13 10,000 gallon (UST) - Tank 14 1,000 gallon (AST) - Tank 15 2,000 gallon (AST) - Tank 16 1,000 gallon (AST) - Tank 17 4,000 gallon (AST) - Tank 18 25,000 gallon (AST) - Tank 19 10,000 gallon (AST) Note: Tank quantities and configurations are provided for informational purposes only. The Contractor shall verify all conditions during performance. 1.2 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Clarification All required inspections and testing under this contract shall be performed on an annual basis, regardless of minimum regulatory frequency requirements. 1.3 Proposal Preparation Clarification Offerors shall base pricing on annual performance of all required testing and inspection services. 2.
