The Government is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities for the modernization of its Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). The Agency seeks to explore solutions that will advance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of its learning environment while supporting evolving mission requirements. Areas of interest include system modernization, enhanced learner and administrator experiences, improved analytics and reporting, integration with enterprise applications, cybersecurity enhancements, automation, and emerging learning technologies. Through this Request for Information (RFI), the Government seeks to better understand industry capabilities and approaches for modernizing the LMS to support current and future workforce learning requirements, improve training delivery and management, and maximize the value of the Agency's digital learning ecosystem.
