A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. NAICS: 321999 Important Note: Contractors are instructed to review the attached DD 254 Security Classification document and contact the POC below for the specifications of the patterns. Because these specifications are access controlled, contractors are required to have the proper clearance to receive and review the documents.
