Body Plethysmograph � Rolla CBOC The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 15, is soliciting for competitive quotes for a single award firm fixed price contract for a Body Plethysmograph unit for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center�s Multi-Specialty Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Rolla, MO. ���. Basic description of requirements: Seeking the purchase of a Body Plethysmograph unit, to include installation services and training. ���. See Section B.2, Statement of Work, for equipment salient characteristics being sought. See Section E.1 for RFQ submission requirements. See Section E.3 for Evaluation Criteria. See Section E.5 to complete Buy American Certificate. See Section E.6 to complete Place of Manufacture. ���. Set-aside Information: This solicitation is issued under FAR 19.502-2 as a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. ���. Solicitation Documents: Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium. An Offeror's mailing list WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the Offeror�s responsibility to register at the www.sam.gov website. ���.
