The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following products: Compact Core Linear SLS with Camera, Qty. 1 LWIR Cold Filter, Qty. 1 WinIRC SDK, Qty. 1 In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 this requirement is sole sourced to IRCAMERA, LLC. 30 South Calle Cesar Chavez Suite D, Santa Barbara, CA 931030. The IR imager from IRCameras uses a standard and proprietary interface. The government written data acquisition software was designed and rigorously tested around this interface. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5035 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
