HORIZON REFERENCE SYSTEM FOR ARLEIGH BURKE-CLASS GUIDED MISSILE DESTROYERS, CONSTELLATION-CLASS FRIGATES, AND FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE-CLASS LITTORAL COMBAT SHIPS

The subject Amendment is posted to invite offerors to submit questions regarding the draft PWS for the first order that was provided as an attachment to the MAC Solicitation at any time, but no later than 12:00 PM EST on 07 January 2026. The Government will review and consider revising the PWS requirements, based on questions received. The Government intends to provide answers to questions asked in late January.
