Propane Supply and Delivery - Fort McCoy, WI

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of an estimated 145,000 gallons of propane gas per year to Fort McCoy, WI 54656. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2031. The purpose of this amendment is to 1) answer additional solicitation questions by updating Attachment 4, 2) amend the Supplemental information based on questions received, 3) update CLIN 0001 description based on the change in the basis for the Commercial Propane Price and 4) extend the question period to 10:00 AM CT on 28 January 2026 and 5) extend the offer due date to 10:00 AM CT on 30 January 2026.
