The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract with Qiagen LLC, in Germantown, MD, on a basis of other than full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements. This requirement includes: Remote technical support from Manufacturers certified and authorized service technician(s). This support must be available for a minimum of 0600 -1800, ET, Monday -Friday. Response by certified and authorized support technician(s) within two business days of an issue with the softwares performance. Control software updates IAW Manufacturers standards/requirements. Software must run in multiple operating system (OS) environments. Software must have Authorization to Operate (ATO) certification. Discounts on advanced training for laboratory/operator personnel. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
