S201--MONTHLY CLEANING FOR PHARMACY IV ROOM

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the quantity of cleanings required for this solicitation. The vendor is required to perform one (1) cleaning per month for a total of twelve (12) cleanings per year. This is a base contract with four option years.
