The purpose of this amendment 0013 (0002) is to accomplish the following:1. The due date for revised proposals is extended from February 13, 2026, at 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to February 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).2. Respond to Request for Information (RFI) questions #1-22.3. Make revisions to documents in Section J: N62473-24-R-0036, Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors- Exhibit A through Exhibit E (Changes are provided as an attachment with blue text indicating additions and red strikethrough indicating deletions)4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
