Description
1. The purpose of this SF 30 Amendment 0001 is to add Attachment H � COG 8 Line Items to show Clusters and line items including Service Disable Veteran Owned (SDVOSBs) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSBs). 2. All individual line items in Attachment A � Schedule reflecting delivery dates of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028 shall now reflect delivery dates of November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2028 and period of performance is November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2028 for all awarded contracts. 3. Offerors are required to completed SF 30, Blocks 15A. through C., Page 1 only, and submit the form with your proposal by the August 12, 2025 at 4:30 pm (EST). 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
