This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857126Q0064. This requirement is for the purchase of one (1) Aircraft Tow Tractor, in which the Contractor shall provide all the equipment, transportation, documentation/manuals and training for a Tractor Aircraft Tug U-30 (TMX-450-50) for the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia This is acquisition is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement for TLD America Corporation. All questions must be received by 12:00 PM EST on 23 April 2026. Please send all questions to Ms. Taylor Walker at taylor.walker.10@us.af.mil. This solicitation is hereby extended to 8 May 2026. Offers must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST. FA857126Q00640001 also incorporated provisions/clauses that are necessary. FA857126Q00640002 is hereby issued to incorporate additional clauses that address procurement of the TMX-450-50 which is manufactured in France. FA857126Q00640003 is hereby issued to correct system glitch and ensure all clauses are included. FA857126Q00640004 is hereby issued to extend the RFQ one (1) final time to allow interested parties to incorporate the answers received after questions.
