Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Philadelphia Division (NSWCPLD) Philadelphia, PA site intends to solicit on a brand name basis for SIEMENS industrial control hardware and associated equipment. The items being procured consist of SIEMENS ET200-SP series Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SIEMENS IE/PB Link Protocol Conversion Gateways, and supporting hardwired modules for use with the ET200-SP PLC. Offers, therefore, must be on the basis of furnishing all units of all items to the specification(s) detailed in this solicitation. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract from this solicitation. The resulting contract will be awarded to the low priced offeror who is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9, as supplemented, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation�s requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by evaluation factors of this request for proposal) and based on the evaluation factors is considered technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is determined by the offeror demonstrating the material/service being provided meets the solicitation requirements. The low offer will be analyzed to determine if the offeror�s proposed price is fair and reasonable utilizing price analysis techniques in accordance with the guidelines in FAR 12.204. NOTE: All supplies must be new and factory sealed. Documentation that supplies are from an authorized distributor is required. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals The anticipated date of RFQ posting is around May 2026.
