Central Issue Facility (CIF) Support Services

The Pennsylvania Army National Guard requires contractor support to sustain Central Issuing Facility (CIF) operations at Fort Indiantown Gap. The requirement is for two contractor personnel to support issue, exchange, turn-in, records, warehouse, and customer service functions associated with Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE). This requirement is intended to improve customer throughput, maintain accountability documentation, support readiness, and reduce delays in CIF operations.
