Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Security Gate Maintenance - US Consulate General Guadalajara

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Department of State, U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara, intents to award a Sole Source, Firm-fixed price, Purchase Order to the company TYMETAL CORP for the acquisition of Security Gate Maintenance, which includes providing repair and maintenance services to the security gates of the US Consulate General. This is not a request for competitive quotations.
