Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for quotes. The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) located in Alexandria, Virginia intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The NAICS Size is $47.0 Million. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement no longer than five pages in length, which will be considered by the Government. Capability statements must be emailed by no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday June 03, 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
