Will documented hands-on experience with the specified equipment (project references, equipment model familiarity, and maintenance history) be accepted as equivalent proof of qualifications for those manufacturers? VA RESPONSE: Yes, if there are no formal integrator certification programs in the same manner as Crestron or Extron.
