This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0148 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for USDA, APHIS, PPQ in Avoca, NY. USDA intends to award a five (5) year IDIQ contract for janitorial services as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22.0 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. An optional site visit is available for Vendors on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must contact Katherine Dailey, USDA, APHIS, PPQ via e-mail at Katherine.Dailey@usda.gov and �cc� jeremy.j.newland@usda.gov to RSVP. The site visit will be held at the USDA, APHIS, PPQ facility located at 8237 KANONA ROAD, AVOCA, NY 14809. Attendance to the site visit is not a mandatory prerequisite of submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation, though Vendors are encouraged to make an on-site, in-depth review of the facility, equipment, job requirements, etc. prior to submitting a quotation. Vendors will not be reimbursed for any time or costs associated with attending the optional site visit.
