Statement of Need Electromyographs Background: Wilkes-Barre VAMC is seeking replacement Electromyograph (EMG) systems and an HL7/Database Server. The upgrade will include an upgrade to the Hospital Level 7 (HL7) interface application to ensure the secure transfer of patient data between the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and the EMG instruments. The vendor shall supply new complete EMG systems and an updated HL7 management server application to ensure Wilkes-Barre VAMC will have (2) fully functional EMG systems with updated applications, hardware, and operating systems.
