Solicitation Number: 140L5726Q0018 Agency: Department of the Interior Office: Bureau of Land Management Salt Lake Field Office (SLFO) Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 332323 Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing Size Standard: 500 Employees Authority: This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial items issued pursuant to: FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services (including simplified procedures) FAR 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Asides Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Salt Lake Field Office, is seeking quotations for commercial heavy-duty fencing materials to support boundary delineation, range improvement, and range management activities. The required materials include approximately 250 heavy-duty drill pipe fence posts measuring approximately 10 feet in length (acceptable variance of 9-11 feet) and 130 posts measuring 7.5 to 8 feet in length, all 2 7/8-inch diameter with a minimum �-inch wall thickness; 40 H-Brace Bracket Kits specifically designed for 2 7/8-inch drill pipe (each kit containing all necessary brackets to complete a full H-brace assembly); 4 all-steel field gates, each 8 feet in length, constructed with a minimum 18-gauge material and 5-rail design, approximately 50 inches in height; and 50 heavy-duty all-steel barbed wire gate closers. Delivery: All items shall be delivered to: BLM, Salt Lake Field Office 491 North John Glenn Road Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 Evaluation: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) per FAR 15.101-2. Award will be made on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote from a responsible small business concern.
