PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N6660426Q0259 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. In association with FAR 5.203(a)(2) this solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award on a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the following OCLC subscriptions on a Sole Source basis, no substitutions allowed. The required platform allows Research Commons librarians to easily search the collections of other libraries; locate required publications; submit lending requests; and facilitate and track their receipt. OCLC is the sole provider of access to the WorldShare ILL platform. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519210: Libraries and Archives. The Small Business Size Standard is $21,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R605: Support � Administrative, Library. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
