No changes to Salient Characteristics or RFQ deadline.* Solicitation No. W911YU26QA006 - Master BPA Immunizations and Supplies Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YU-26-Q-A006. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Guam Army National Guard United States Property and Finance Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting Office at ng.gu.guarng.list.uspfo-purchasing-and-contracting@army.mil. All questions (RFIs) are due Thursday, 07 May 2026 by 1:00 PM ChST. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to questions submitted by Offerors. Quotations shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 1:00 PM ChST. All quotations will be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).NOTE: INTERESTED VENDORS MUST REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS ON THE SF 1449. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN AN INCOMPLETE SUBMISSION. ANY INCOMPLETE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
