The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, awarded a firm-fixed-price contract under solicitation N0018925QZ270 to The Meridian Group DC, LLC, Alexandria, Virginia, in the amount of $959,932.80. The requirement was for specialized technical support required to enhance the Department of the Navy�s energy, water, and other services to meet energy, water, and emerging technologies on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) Energy, Installations and Environment (EI and E) Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy (ODASN(E)). The acquisition was conducted under FAR 13.5 procedures as a total small business set-aside. The contract was awarded as a result of a competitive acquisition. A total of five (5) quotations were received in response to the solicitation. The period of performance is from 11 June 2025 through 28 February 2026, with no option periods. The place of performance is Washington, D.C.
