AMENDMENT No. 1: 1. PWS - Medical Equipment Inspection a. Section 1.3 added sentence: The inspection will only need to be completed once per year. 2. RFQ - Onsite Medical Equipment Inspection a. Section 3 an added sentence: Please break out total price for only one inspection event per year. This requirement is for a Base Year plus two Option Years. NOTE: If you have already submitted a quote that does not meet these Amendment No. 1 conditions, please resubmit a revised quote by this new, extended due date. Please see attached "PWS- Medical Equipment Inspection" document for details.
