Request of Proposal for Case Processing Operations Center 2.0

Please find enclosed Amendment # 0002 to the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) 2.0 Request for Proposal (RFP) and its associated attachments. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to May 18, 2026, at 1000 EDT and to update attachments 1, 5, 8, 11, and 12 and add attachments 14 and 15. The Q and As at attachment 15 contain content that comes directly from the documents in the Reading Room. In order to prevent public disclosure of that content and subject to the NDA executed to access the Reading Room documents, the Q and As at attachment 15 can be accessed via the secured PIEE module.
