Amendment 0001 to Add Attachments and Set dates for Site Visits. The Government intends to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) consisting of one (1) Base year and four (4) one-year option years according to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as applicable. This requirement will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The source selection methodology will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered for award, an offeror�s proposal must be rated "Acceptable" for all non-price factors. The technical evaluation will assess factors such as technical capability and past performance. Award will be given to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among those deemed technically acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.
