Legacy questions and responses (Q&R) from the Polaris SB and Polaris WOSB Request for Proposal (RFP) are attached. These Q&Rs are applicable to the Polaris SDVOSB RFP. The due date for questions has not been changed. All questions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. ET on October 5, 2022. Questions received after 4:00 p.m. ET on October 5, 2022 may not be answered. Only questions, or portions of questions, that are deemed frequently asked and/or to benefit the procurement process will be posted An industry training session for the Polaris Submission Portal (PSP) will be provided on Friday September 30th, 2022 at 2:00pm ET. This solicitation is the only source of official information about this procurement. The Polaris SDVOSB Pool RFP consists of the following: Polaris SDVOSB Pool RFP SF33 J.P-1 Representations and Certifications from Section K J.P-2 Joint Venture Experience Template J.P-3 FPDS-NG Sample J.P-4 Past Performance Rating Form J.P-5 GSA Form 527 Contractor�s Qualifications and Financial Information J.P-6 Project Verification Form J.P-7 Joint Venture Work and Qualifications J.P-8 Multiple Award Schedule Contractor Teaming Arrangement (MAS CTA) Experience Template An optional Pre-proposal Conference will be recorded and released online to provide an overview of the Polaris SDVOSB RFP. This conference will not introduce new information. Details on accessing the recording will be provided through this announcement in the coming days. Industry is encouraged to review the solicitation requirements on SAM.gov and view the upcoming Pre-proposal Conference. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Polaris Submission Portal (PSP). This portal is accessible at: https://polaris.app.cloud.gov Offerors and proposed team members must be registered and active in SAM.gov. If not already registered and active in SAM.gov, prospective entities should allot adequate time to complete the validation process in SAM.gov. We strongly encourage offerors and team members to start the validation process as early as possible to avoid issues with submitting Polaris proposals by the due date. The Polaris SDVOSB Conracting Officer (CO) is the sole point of contact for all questions under this solicitation. The PSP will provide for the submission of questions beginning on or about September 22, 2022, following release of the Pre-proposal Conference. Please hold all questions until after the Pre-proposal Conference is posted on SAM.gov. GSA reserves the right to publicly discuss and publish, or simply consider, questions and comments regarding the RFP. Questions answered will be made available to all potential Offerors via PSP and this announcement.
