WILLIAMS, which will be located at Norfolk Naval Base, incorporates revised J-2 RevA Attachment and incorporates the following revised work items 0011, 0021, 0114, 0409 and 0411. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation and amendments issued to date remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
