The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisition Management, Worldwide Division, Functional Bureau Support Branch (AQM/WWD/FBSB) is issuing this amendment # A005 to RFP # 19AQMM19R0004, which was issued for the Subscriber Radio Program.
