This acquisition is governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS). To be eligible for award, all offerors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov. While the solicitation is posted electronically via SAM.gov, the Section J attachments and specification references will not be posted publicly. Prospective offerors are required to contact the Points of Contact (POC) identified in the solicitation to coordinate the secure transmittal of these documents via DoD SAFE.
