The contractor shall possess a basic understanding of legal terminology, host nation and local legal processes, rights, and exceptions to review, translate, and interpret French language documents related to in-processing, out-processing, and daily common and unexceptional occurrences such as traffic accidents, tickets, taxes, utility and services agreements.
