The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for one (1) Protestant Director of Religious Education in support of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story Chapel, Virginia Beach, VA, for the period of 1 MAR 17 through 30 SEP 18 with the possibility to extend for four (4) one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 14 FEB 17 by downloading the documents at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website as follows: https:// www.neco.navy.mil. DO NOT use the “submit bid�? button on NECO to submit your quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 813110. The Small Business Size is $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
