Offerors may propose a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) that includes all required elements (hardware, DoD conversion, shipping/handling). For evaluation purposes, Offerors shall provide a detailed cost/price breakout within their quotation that separately identifies pricing for each line item listed in Attachment 1. At a minimum, the breakout shall include quantity, unit price, and extended price. If a part number exists for any item proposed, the applicable part number shall be provided (or N/A).
